Roger Ver, the owner of the Bitcoin.com domain, confirmed to The Block that the sale of the Bitcoin.com domain is 100% fake news. 

Earlier this morning, internet domain registration platform GoDaddy showed that the Bitcoin.com domain is being sold with a minimum offer of at least $100 million. As of press time, the auction information has been deleted by GoDaddy.

Bitcoin.com was taken over in 2015 by Roger Ver, an early Bitcoin adopter. The website has about 7.71 million monthly visits, providing users with industry news, crypto wallets, exchanges and other services.
