Stellar officially released Stellar Core v16.0.0, which will solve the problems encountered by many nodes this week. The tweet said: "If you are running any kind of Stellar node, it is important to upgrade as soon as possible." Stellar had previously experienced network outages. 

In addition, validators will vote on the network upgrade to Protocol 16. If the vote is passed, the network will be upgraded immediately. If the software has not been upgraded, the node will lose access to network. The official recommendation is to download and install Stellar Core v16.0.0 as soon as possible.
