SEC Begins To Evaluate WisdomTree Bitcoin Trust, Receives Another ETF Application From Kryptoin Investment Advisors

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced on Friday that it will begin evaluating the WisdomTree Bitcoin Trust, which was filed last month. 

In addition, Kryptoin Investment Advisors LLC, an asset management company located in Delaware, submitted a Bitcoin ETF registration form on Friday. The company first applied for its Kryptoin Bitcoin ETF in 2019. 

Kryptoin's CEO Jason Toussaint ever served as CEO of World Gold Trust Services, Sponsor of SPDR Gold Shares ETF (GLD), Managing Director and Global Head of Investment at the World Gold Council.

As of today, the total number of companies filing for Bitcoin ETFs in the United States has reached 8.
