Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc., a listed company on the US stock blockchain concept, announced that the company accepts investors to subscribe for company stocks and warrants in the form of Bitcoin. According to the announcement, three investors Chen Kaiyu, Baibang Technology Co., Ltd. and Leziwa Group Holdings Co., Ltd. reached an agreement with the company to subscribe for a total of 537,143,470 common stocks and warrants of MFH, with a total consideration of 10 million U.S. dollars and settled in the form of 172.9354 BTC.
