The North Korean hacker organization "Lazarus" hacked into a retail website that used cryptocurrency to pay and obtained 70 million won (approximately US$62,688) worth of Bitcoin and Ethereum. The hacker group used a new type of malware called "BTC Changer" to attack retail websites that use cryptocurrency as a means of settlement. Hackers planted "BTC Changer" software on the retail website to steal information when customers settled in order to obtain cryptocurrency.
