Bloomberg: European Investment Bank Will Issue 100 million Euros Of Blockchain Bonds

According to a report from Bloomberg, the European Investment Bank (EIB) will issue a 100 million euro bond on the Ethereum blockchain. 

Sources said the bond is a two-year note and will be priced today. Goldman Sachs, Banco Santander, and Societe Generale are monitoring the sale of bonds. 

Both Santander and Societe Generale have already issued bonds on the public Ethereum blockchain, the 100 million euro secured bonds issued by Societe Generale were awarded AAA ratings by Moody's and Fitch.
