Bitcoin (BTC) dropped 7% on Wednesday, reaching a new monthly low, according to Bitpush Data.

At the time of writing BTC sits at $8,710.98, which makes for about a 14% loss since BTC reached its weekly high of $10,183.71 USD on Feb. 19. BTC isn’t the only digital asset in a tough spot as Ethereum and XRP are both currently showing double digit losses.
