Simplify Asset Management Inc. plans to launch a stock plus GBTC ETF called "Simplify US Equity PLUS GBTC ETF" (SPBC), which has filed to the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 23.

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. stock securities and up to 15% of its net assets in Bitcoin through the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust. 

Simplify CEO Paul Kim stated that SPBC provides a liquid, scalable way to increase exposure to Bitcoin in the portfolio.
