Brane Capital, a cryptocurrency custody service provider, announced its plan to go public.

Brane has signed a letter of intent for a reverse takeover transaction with Timeless Capital Corp., a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and plans to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange’s Growth Enterprise Market in the fall of 2021. The listing is still waiting for regulatory approval.
