According to TRUSTNODES, a document from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows that Two Prime Digital Asset Fund, a private fund, has raised $40 million from 12 investors. 

Alexander Blum, a partner of Two Prime, said that the financing was completed in June. Blum bought his first BTC for $9 in 2012 and founded the digital investment group Atomic Capital.

The fund targets family offices, institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate assets, who want to get crypto exposures such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
