The New York Times reported on Thursday that Mattel, the world's largest toy company, will join the NFT boom and auction its first batch of NFT digital artworks featuring Hot Wheels cars. 

The three NFTs will feature its classic Hot Wheels cars: Twin Mill, Boneshaker, and Deora II. The auction will last for a week, and the winner can choose to pay through Ethereum.

According to Times, Mattel also plans to conduct NFT auctions for other toy series. 

Mattel's main brands include best-selling fashion dolls Barbie, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, American Girl, Radica, Tyco R/C, Fisher-Price, and so on.
