A survey conducted by New York consumer financial services company Bankrate shows that more Americans are willing to invest in real estate and gold in the next ten years.

Real estate ranked first in the survey, with 28% of the votes. The last time real estate maintained its leading position was in 2019.

The second and third place was cash and the stock, with a vote of 25%,16% respectively.

13% of Americans choose gold and other precious metals, slightly lower than 14% last year. 9% of respondents choose cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, which is higher than 4% in 2019 and 2020, compared to only 2% in 2018.
