On-chain analyst William Clemente said in a post that Strong Hands (people who hold Bitcoin for a long time) are actively increasing their holdings of Bitcoin. 

Since the end of May, the illiquid supply of Bitcoin has been steadily increasing. In other words, long-term holders increased by 120,739 BTC, while "short-term" holders decreased by 97,333 BTC. A similar process occurred in 2013 and 2016. The article stated that this is how experienced holders "set the bottom line" for the next stage of the bull market.
