Craig Wright, the Self-proclaimed Bitcoin (BTC) creator, has claimed that Bitcoin (BTC) can and will be seized to accommodate court orders.

A tweet from Bitcoin influencer Peter McCormack on Feb. 26, showed screenshots of Wright claiming that the first seizure of Bitcoin by courts will happen this year and won’t require private keys.

The seizure will allegedly happen through miners and nodes coordinating to comply with a court order. Wright also asked for a list of firms that lost Bitcoin, claiming that he wants to “ensure that people get their money back starting this year.”
