According to a report from U.today, Craig Wright won the copyright lawsuit of the Bitcoin white paper. The London court ruled that Bitcoin.org should remove the website's reference to the Bitcoin white paper. 

Cobra, the anonymous Bitcoin developer behind the project, chose not to reveal his identity in order to defend himself in court. Therefore, the court made a default judgment. 

In addition to removing the white paper, Cobra also needs to pay 35,000 pounds (48,655 US dollars) in legal fees.
