The well-known online forum Reddit announced that it is deploying the layer 2 scaling solution Arbitrum to upgrade its Ethereum-based Community Points tokens--Moons ($MOONS) and Bricks ($BRICKS)--which are used as rewards in its two subreddit. 

The deployment will transfer Moons and Bricks from the testnet to the main Ethereum blockchain, but transactions will be conducted through Arbitrum, which will achieve faster trading speeds while maintaining low costs.

Moons and Bricks are launched Last year as part of Reddit's community points program. Users in /r/Cryptocurrency and /r/FortniteBR subreddits can earn tokens by contributing high-quality content.
