Randstad, the world's largest human resource firm, looks to further automate its workflow using a smart contracts-focused blockchain.
The firm’s 40,000 employees will utilize an enterprise blockchain solution from New York-based Cypherium. Randstad revealed on Feb. 28, that all the paperwork-intensive procedures involved in HR allocation will become automated using the platform in conjunction with Google Cloud.
Cypherium uses a hybrid design, which utilizes consensus mechanisms from Proof-of-Work (PoW) and HotStuff (also used for Facebook's Libra).
