The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a statement of allegations on Thursday, accusing Aux Cayes Fintech Co. Ltd. (Aux Cayes), which is incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles, for failing to comply with the Ontario Securities Law.

Aux Cayes It is the operator of the OKEx platform. OSC claims that it is an unregistered crypto asset trading platform that allows Ontario residents to use and trade crypto asset products as securities and derivatives. 

OSC added that it will continue to crack down on non-compliant cryptocurrency exchanges.
