According to data compiled by The Block, Ethereum mining revenue in August was over $1.65 billion, an increase of more than 60% compared to July.

However, as of August 29, the transaction fee that Ethereum miners earned this month is about 61,000 ETH, which is a sharp drop from the value of more than 91,000 ETH in July.

This is mainly due to the Ethereum EIP-1559 upgrade. As of press time, more than 135,000 ETH transaction fees have been burned, valued at more than $420 million, exceeding the total income from the Ethereum transaction fee in July.
