Three Arrow Capital founder Kyle Davies, CEO/CIO Su Zhu, and a well-known NFT trader under the pseudonym Vincent Van Dough jointly launched Starry Night Capital, an NFT fund with the aim of investing in NFT.

According to public information on OpenSea, Dough has more than 900 Art Blocks NFTs and other artworks.

Dough told crypto media The Block that it plans to raise $100 million for the NFT fund. As part of its plan, Starry Night Capital hopes to open physical galleries in some "big cities" before the end of this year, as well as to launch an NFT education portal and explore how to bring more exposure to new artists.
