According to a document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 30, U.S. Global Investors, Inc.(NASDAQ: GROW) disclosed that as of June 30, 2021, Three of the company’s eight mutual funds hold Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) with a worth of over $566,389.
Among them, the Gold and Precious Metals Fund holds $302,899 of GBTC, the World Precious Metals Fund has invested $222,532, and the Global Resources Fund holds $40,958 of GBTC.
U.S. Global Investors has a large amount of investment exposure in natural resources such as gold, minerals, precious metals, oil, and more. As of the first quarter of 2021, the company's assets under management were $4.6 billion.
