According to the recruitment page of the official website, mutual fund giant Franklin Templeton has released two positions for a crypto trader and a research analyst, both of which belong to its digital asset management team.
The company wrote: "We are looking for a Crypto Currency Trader to execute trades for several strategies using the largest, most liquid listed and tradable crypto assets (e.g., BTC, ETH, etc.). The Trader will be responsible for timely execution of portfolio rebalancing and supporting work processes involving reconciliation and settlement."
As of 2020, Franklin Templeton's assets under management reached nearly $1.5 trillion. The fund giant also participated in the $23 million Series A financing of crypto custodian Curv last year.
