The Hermitage Museum, one of the four most famous museums in the world, has completed its first NFT auction on the Binance NFT market, selling five tokenized collections from artworks by artists including Leonardo da Vinci and Vincent van Gogh.

According to data from the Binance NFT, this auction raised more than 444,000 BUSD (Stable Coin of Binance ). The highest transaction price came from The Madonna and Child, da Vinci's painting, which was 150,500 BUSD.

When the museum announced its NFT sales plan in July, it stated that its legal department is cooperating with legal consulting company LFCS to create and sell NFTs to fully complies with Russian legislation. All proceeds from the NFT auction will be donated to the Museum.
