Popular rapper Snoop Dogg today announced that he has partnered with The Sandbox, an upcoming Ethereum-based metaverse game that allows users to customize and share experiences in a 3D world.

Snoop will have a custom-themed environment in the game, including a mansion, a playable Snoop avatar, and a large number of weed-themed images. The rapper also plans to release NFTs and hold concert parties in the game. 1,000 NFT party passes will be released, of which 650 can be purchased from The Sandbox's market, users who purchase Snoop LAND NFT will receive another 212, and the rest will be given away during the airdrop.

Earlier this week, Snoop revealed that he has been working part-time as an NFT collector and is estimated to hold $17 million in NFT assets.
