According to an official statement, the Nasdaq Stock Market has received a copy of the Valkyrie Bitcoin Strategy ETF registration application on October 15, 2021. 

A letter signed by Eun Ah Choi, Vice President of NASDAQ Listing Qualifications, wrote: "We further certify that the securities described above have been approved by the Exchange for listing and registration upon official notice of issuance. We understand that the Registrant is seeking immediate acceleration of the effective date of registration, and we hereby join in such request."

This implies that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) may soon approve the Bitcoin strategy ETF filed by the crypto asset management company Valkyrie, and the fund's stock will be listed on the Nasdaq.
