During today's crypto hearing held by the House Financial Services Committee, Congressman Jake Auchincloss stated that the system of "regulation by enforcement" is unfair to crypto companies that must deal with different regulatory agencies.

Unclear regulation has always been one of the complaints of the crypto industry. Auchincloss said he is willing to work with Republicans and Democrats to address these concerns.
