Lukka, a provider of crypto-asset software and data for businesses, announced on Friday that it has closed a $110 million Series E investment, valuing the company at more than $1.3 billion.

The round was led by global alternative asset manager Marshall Wace, other backers include Miami International Holdings, Inc., Summer Capital and SiriusPoint Ltd., as well as previous investors Soros Fund Management, Liberty City Ventures, S&P Global and CPA.com.

Founded in 2014, New York-based Lukka provides institutional-grade crypto asset data and software solutions that help businesses interact with crypto assets, including asset data management, trading, and downstream services. The client base includes crypto exchanges, institutional trading desks, certified public accountants and accounting firms. The new capital injection enables Lukka to accelerate its aggressive growth and global expansion strategy.
