Twitter announced on Thursday the NFT profile picture verification feature, allowing users to import NFTs from their crypto wallets and set them as Twitter profile pictures.

Using OpenSea's API, metadata, and collection verification, the integration allows users to seamlessly verify ownership and discover key NFT information, including the NFT's name, original creator, collection description, and other attributes of the artwork.

Currently, NFT verification is only available to users with Twitter Blue, a $2.99 monthly subscription service that offers a simplified user experience and an "undo" button, among other major cosmetic features, which is currently only available on iOS users, but Android and other web users will be able to view NFTs.
