OKCoin, a major United States cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that its chairperson, Hong Fang, will be taking over as CEO.

Fang is an early investor and a former Goldman Sachs banker. According to a report from Cointelegraph she will continue with her duties as chief operating officer for parent company OK Group, in addition to her new role as CEO of OKCoin. Current CEO, Tim Byun, will move over to a new role with the OK Group as 

its chief global government relations officer.
