In an annual letter to content creators, YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki said the platform is interested in expanding the YouTube ecosystem, which could include incorporating features like NFTs.
It's unclear what form NFTs on YouTube will take or when they will roll out, but according to Bloomberg, Wojcicki's main focus will be helping creators take advantage of emerging technologies, if NFTs are successfully integrated, it will mark Google --YouTube's parent company--making its first foray into crypto collectibles.
