France’s markets regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), is contemplating a regulatory sandbox, which would allow it to study the impact of security tokens in the European Union.

According to an announcement on March 6, the AMF proposed a European “Digital Lab” regulatory sandbox that would allow regulators to waive Security settlement related requirements.
