Bybit, the derivatives exchange, announced the launch of a contract insurance option, during a livestream on Cointelegraph’s YouTube channel.

According to Bybit’s CEO Ben Zhou, the contract insurance feature, which he believes will launch in two weeks, will give investors the option to purchase insurance that will cover up to 100% of their margin.

Zhou said that this new feature will satisfy the increasing demand for an option product, without making something too complex for retail traders to utilize.
