The first 3AC meeting for creditors will occur later in July, according to The Block, which quoted three credible sources with knowledge of the matter. The meeting will be hosted by global consulting and advisory firm Teneo, Three Arrows Capital's court-appointed liquidator.

According to Ogier, the law firm appointed to advise Teneo, the meeting is confirmed for July 18. Teneo has set up a dedicated website, where creditors and the large public will get updated with the latest developments of the liquidation process, according to Ogier.

Su Zhu, 3AC cofounder, vanished without a trace following the firm's implosion. He broke his silence today to post on social media with two letters from his legal team at Advocatus Law LLP. The letters were addressed to Russell Crumpler of Teneo's, a accountant assigned to help recover the missing 3 Billion USD.

The agenda of the meeting is unclear, but one of the sources told The Block that Teneo could establish a creditor board to represent 3AC's creditors. Three Arrows Capital filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy on July 1 in a New York court, attempting to seek protection from their creditors.
