ShapeShift, the cryptocurrency exchange, has acquired Israeli non-custodial wallet provider Portis.

According to an article from Cointelegraph on April 15, ShapeShift founder Erik Vorhees said that after the acquisition, ShapeShift users will gain integrated access to multiple decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and services. The acquisition will also allow Portis users to log in with their Portis wallet and trade cryptocurrencies on ShapeShift commission-free.
