Kelly Loeffler, the former CEO of Intercontinental Exchange subsidiary Bakkt and a current Republican senator for Georgia, has been appointed to President Donald Trump’s task force for reopening the economy, according to a tweet from Loeffler on Friday.

This appointment comes after recent allegation of illegal insider trading, stemming from when Loeffler and her husband, ICE CEO Jeffrey Sprecher, sold off seven figures’ worth of personal stock holdings after being present at a closed-door Senate Health Committee briefing in late January.
