Insolvent crypto lender Voyager announced on Friday that its chief financial officer is resigning.

CFO Ashwin Prithipaul will leave Voyager after a transition period, during which Voyager CEO will take over for an interim period, the company said.

According to Prithipaul’s LinkedIn profile, he had only been CFO at Voyager since May. Before that, he was the CFO at crpto exchange DriveDigital for nine months, and prior that, he was the CFO at crypto investment firm Galaxy Digital.

Voyager’s assets are currently being auctioned off by a bankruptcy court, with the highest bidders being crypto exchanges Binance and FTX submitting bids of around $50 million.
