According to Crypto News, payments company Visa and crypto exchange FTX have partnered to launch crypto debit cards, allowing crypto holders to make purchases using their crypto assets while shopping.

The crypto debit cards will connect to users’ FTX accounts, allowing them to make crypto payments at stores that are supported by Visa, Visa CRO Vasant Prabhu said.

The parternship comes amid a decline in the price of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is currently trading below $20,000, while Ethereum is trading at around $1,300, both currencies at more than 70% below their peaks.
