According to data from CoinShares, crypto funds had an outflow of $5 million last week from “short” investment products, those that are designed to profit from low prices.

This comes at a time when the volumes of traded products on crypto exchanges are at historic lows, according to CoinShares.

Bitcoin saw four consecutive weeks of inflows totaling $12 million, while short-bitcoin investment products saw outlaws totaling a record $15 million.

Ether, likely still recovering from the Merge, saw outflows of a mere $2.2 million.
