Crypto exchange Coinbase’s chief product officer, Surojit Chatterjee, is stepping down from his role as part of a restructuring of the company’s product, engineering, and design teams.

Chatterjee will continue to serve the company as an advisor until Feb. 3, 2023, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

“In connection with Mr. Chatterjee’s resignation, Coinbase’s product, engineering and design teams are being reorganized within a product group structure under which the leaders of such groups will assume responsibility for Coinbase’s product offerings,” Coinbase said in the filing.
