South Korean prosecutors claim the fugitive co-founder of Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, is in Europe, according to Bloomberg.
Kwon was charged with violating South Korean capital market laws after the collapse of the Terra ecosystem in May.
Kwon left South Korea for Singapore following the incident, denying accusations that he was on the run, claiming he had moved to Singapore prior to the collapse of the Terra.
Kwon reiterated this on Twitter this week, saying he’ll “throw up a meeting/conference soon to get over this in hiding bs.”
