Genesis Global Trading’s creditors have hired restructuring lawyers to prevent the brokerage firm from going bankrupt, according to Bloomberg news.

Creditors have been working with law firms Proskauer Rose and Kirkland & Ellis.

The lending arm of Genesis had halted redemptions and new loan issuances earlier this month following FTX’s collapse.
