Jo Johnson, brother of former U.K. prime minister Boris Johnson, is resigning from the advisory board of crypto exchange Binance, according to a report by London Telegraph.

Johnson’s service to the company began in September, when he joined as an advisor at one of Binance’s subsidiaries.

Johnson’s departure comes after the crypto exchange’s struggles of getting regulatory approval in the U.K., as well as reports of potential money-laundering charges against the exchange.
