Australia has overtaken El Salvador as the 4th largest crypto ATM hub, according to reports by Cointelegraph.
El Salvador had been the third largest crypto ATM hub in 2021, when it installed more than 200 crypto ATMs across the country. That rank was soon overtaken by Spain, who installed 215 crypto ATMs in 2022.
El Salvador’s ranking has been challenged yet again of late, as Australia’s reaches a new record of 219 ATMs, surpassing El Salvador’s by 7.
