Binance has registered with Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority, according to reports by CoinDesk.
Binance has previously earned registration in France, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Cyprus and Poland, making Sweden the seventh European country to grant the crypto exchange regulatory approval.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said at the Crypto Finance Conference in St. Moritz on Wednesday that the company will continue its scaling plans, as well as plans to increase employee count by 30%.
