WinterGreen Research and Government Blockchain Association are endeavoring to launch a virtual voting app for the November elections to safeguard the elections during social distancing. The app employs the blockchain technology to “make fraud detectable,” according to Cointelegraph.

Susan Eustis, president of WinterGreen Research, has approached some state-level officials and hopes for in-time adoption of the app on a state-by-state basis. 

Wisconsin has reported 19 coronavirus cases linked to in-person election activities, according to ABC.
