98 Million XRP Transferred Amid Price Surge

XRPL Monitor, a twitter bot that tracks transactions of Ripple (XRP), reported over 98 million XRP ($21,002,563) transferred. Among the total XRP transactions, more than half (50 million) were made by Ripple, according to Cryptopolitan.

Bitpush market data shows that XRP is now trading at $0.225, more than 30% up from its $0.171 low 30 days ago.

XRP’s surge may have been stimulated by the increase of BTC, which has returned to the $8k level, $8,622.99, at the moment of writing.
