The transaction marks a major milestone in ARK Invest’s global expansion strategy, enabling them to introduce their cutting-edge ETFs under the UCITS framework to investors in Europe, the UK, and beyond.
The acquisition will allow ARK Invest to enter the European ETF market, welcoming the Rize ETF team into its ranks. The current Rize ETF name and branding will gradually be phased out, replaced by a division of ARK Invest Limited known as "ARK Invest Europe." Existing Rize ETF index products will continue to be available to investors.
