Abra, a crypto wallet service based in California, is set to implement regulation beginning in Augst on American users. After Augst 29, 2019, U.S. user will no longer have the ability to hold BTG, SNT, OMG, QTUM, or EOS. If the user chooses to remain in Abra, their balance will be converted into Bitcoin. Then the regulations target New York users stating that they will only be able to hold Ether, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin. After August 29, 2019, remaining synthetic balances will be converted to Bitcoin. New York users will not be able to use bank ACH, wire or an American Express card to deposit or transfer, as of August 29, 2019.
