The US Attorney General (SDNY) in Southern District of New York sued Ruja Ignatova and Konstantin Ignatov for alleged charges including wire fraud, securities fraud and money laundering, alleging that they used fraudulent cryptocurrencies to defraud investors “billions of dollars”.
