Jeremy Allaire, co-founder and CEO of Circle, a payment technology program, is set to testify in front of the Senate on July 30, 2019. Allaire will be testifying in front of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs as a representative of the Blockchain Association. The hearing will be an open session called "Examing Regulatory Frameworks for Digital Currencies and Blockchain". As per his testimony released on July 29, 2019, Allaire will be ready to cover topics such as identity, privacy, data security, regulations both domestic and international, and blockchain solutions for finance.
